I'm making plans to get my Pachanga Fest on; I'm checking out the line up, scouting the taco joints & gettin' ready for a great Latino music fest!
In case you haven't heard, Pachanga Latino Music Fest is this Saturday & TJ has a pair of tix to give away! Wanna go for free? Just leave us a comment & answer this question: What kind of chile is used to make "tacos al pastor?" First one to answer, gets the tix!

I would use a combo of guajillo and ancho.
I'm not certain, but is it ancho chiles?
PS - Got introduced to the Al Pastors at Piedras Negras during the Torrential Taco Ride and they were great. Went back for more on Thursday night. Thanks
