Eat Tacos, Dance & help build schools in Nicaragua!
We seriously need to be doing this more often. So I (or we, TacoJouanlism) got signed up to sponsor aka make tacos for the people at my friend's fundraiser, the $20,000 Dance Party. Not only will we be serving up TJ/El Mundo de Mando tacos, they'll be other foodies there to serve up the best potluck type food this side of IH-35! So c'mon over if you can make it!

Oh btw. I'm still trying to make up my mind on what kind of tacos to make. Any suggestions?
